Introduction
NSEAS has developed a Community Discount Buying Scheme to encourage local residential and commercial communities to invest in Green Technology and benefit from multi-order discounting.
Negotiated rates from suppliers and installers for "one-off" purchases are guaranteed to be cost-effective and free of the fictitious discounts advertised around the UK. Prices quoted are strictly controlled, uniform nationwide and designed to offer value for money for market-leading products.
For this scheme, we have negotiated a structured discount-package with manufacturers, suppliers and installers to recognise larger-scale group purchases. It is based on retrospective discounts dependant on scale and time and is jointly-administrated between NSEAS and a “Community Leader”.
How to Get Involved
We welcome contact from inspired entrepreneurial individuals from Residential, Commercial and Farming Communities who are motivated to organise Group Buying for their Community Project.
Simply call or email us to make initial contact and to discuss the potential for your ideas and objectives.
If we mutually conclude that your proposal is viable, you will be registered as the "Community Leader" for your project. We will appoint a Technical Surveyor to meet you and discuss the most appropriate way forward to maximise the projects potential. You will be supplied with information leaflets tailored to your group's general requirements to allow you to make initial contact with your proposed participants and free local marketing may also be appropriate.
Your personal initiative will be rewarded by a Renewable Energy System at up to cost, depending upon take-up, as well as you being the "Most Favourite Local" for introducing your community to lower energy costs and a genuine discount against individual purchase!
Timeframe
Each Community Discount Scheme will run for a 7 month period commencing 1st January and 1st July each year. To qualify for Registration and Retrospective Discounts, orders must be placed in either 6 month period and retrospective discount refunds will be paid to individual participants on the last working day of February and August respectively.
Orders are deemed to be registered by date of signed order and deposit received. Installation dates are not affected as these are negotiated individually to suit participants' individual requirements and project type.
Discount Structure
We have negotiated a maximum of 18% off standard installation rates. The percentage discount rates are banded as follows:
0 – 3 Orders 0%
4 – 10 Orders 9%
11 – 20 Orders 12%
21 – 49 Orders 15%
50+ Orders 18%
Survey Stage
Survey Requests from Proposed Participants are to be sent to the Community Leader who will liaise with the Technical Surveyor appointed by NSEAS for the project. Individual surveys are then arranged between NSEAS and the Participant. During this process, each proposed participant will receive a design proposal and quotation for their consideration.
Acceptance
To proceed to order, individual Participants should advise their appointed NSEAS Technical Surveyor who will return by appointment to complete formal order and registration formalities. NSEAS administration will advise each order to the Community Leader.
Installation & Completion
NSEAS will agree suitable installation dates organise the installation process directly with individual participants. Following completion of installation, NSEAS Technical Surveyor will attend the property by appointment to complete compliance procedures, inspect & sign-off the work, complete negotiated completion payment formalities, register the project for insurance & guarantee and complete registration for FIT & RHI schemes as appropriate.
