By appointment, our own Technical Surveyor completes an initial assessment of your property’s potential and will offer advice about all manufacturers, products and options suitable for your home. Our supply partners are recognised as market leaders in their particular field and we are able to tailor the most appropriate product to suit your home, your budget and investment return objectives. We will also discuss any planning considerations, although most installations are covered by permitted development rights.

To assist our survey, we request that you supply as much information about your energy useage. Your last electricity bill is essential, but your past annual summary would be ideal – This may be available by contacting your supplier. Following his visit, our Surveyor works with our office administration to carry out an assessment to establish the most cost-effective system options to deliver the maximum return.

We are directly responsible to source and purchase products from our established network of international & UK manufacturers and distributors. We also directly employ dedicated professional & qualified installing teams headed by a time-served fully qualified electrician with DC, AC & Photovoltaic qualifications.

Quotation Packs are normally turned around within 48 hours of visit. Our standard procedure is to post your Quotation Pack/s and to await your further instructions. Proceeding to order is straightforward and normally completed by post as our Technical Survey is completed during our initial visit. Our policy is to present you with comprehensive and “plain-language” information which includes:

• Firm quotation (valid for at least 3 months) Wind & Structural assessments

Following the completion of installation, we will register your installation for compliance and FIT (Feed in Tariff Scheme) or RHI (Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme), as appropriate, and contact your energy supplier to complete registration for payments to you under the appropriate registered scheme

At this time, you will be supplied with a comprehensive “Handover Pack” which contains details of system operation, FAQ’s, Guarantee Statements and Electrical Test Certificates.
